Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Supply and install a 3000 gallon Tight Tank at the Field House. Provide gravel drive way to tank area Excavate for tank installation and install the tank Provide stone base for tank to set on Provide trench to building for plumber Core hole in foundation for plumber Provide alarm (will be installed by District) Pour cement cap over tank Backfill trench and tank Remove gravel driveway and re-loam All prices must include inside delivery and complete installation to the Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School, 57 Old Muggett Hill Road, Charlton MA 01507. The successful bidder will assume all risk and bear all costs for the equipment until delivery and installation has been completed and accepted by the District. Estimated Cost $25,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 2:00 PM ET All questions must be in writing and forwarded to the Office of the Business Manager. Written responses will issued to all bidders on record as having picked up the IFQ.
