Installation of Sewer Connection to existing building at 57 Old Muggett Hill Road, Charlton MA 01507 Estimated Cost $20,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The deadline for questions under this procurement is Wednesday June 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM. All questions must be in writing and forwarded to the Office of the Business Manager. Questions received after the above day, date and time will not be addressed. Questions may be sent via fax to 508-248-1644, or emailed to ihoule@baypath.net or US Mail The following work is to be performed: Contact all entities as appropriate to check for any existing underground conduits of all types Secure permits as needed Arrange for equipment and materials to be delivered to site Cut asphalt/concrete as needed, remove and dispose of asphalt/concrete so cut Excavate for trench from foundation to 6" SDR35 sewer main Furnish and install 4" Schedule 40 PVC piping, fittings, cleanouts, and wye connection service saddle to sewer main Backfill and compact per plan. Install meter box over cleanout. Prepare sub grade and place asphalt Coordinate inspections with engineer Regrade landscaped areas as needed: cleanout, seed, fertilize Removal of all equipment from property
