Charlton Elementary School Fire Alarm Upgrade. 2. Properly dispose of old equipment 3. Supply and install components 4. Make all necessary piping and electrical connections. 5. Make all power wiring modifications and upgrades as necessary. 6. Start, test, run and verify proper operation 7. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating site access with Owner's representative for all work scheduling requiring power or utility service interruptions a minimum of 48 hours prior to work being performed. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for all coring, cutting, patching and painting required to facilitate concealed pipe and wire installations. 9. Contractor shall provide functional testing for all system controls. 10. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 11. Electrical service. Contractor shall coordinate schedules with all trades and electrical Utility to facilitate new system installations. 12. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: One year Warrantee.
