Renovation of a municipal facility in Towson, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Small Procurement on behalf of the District Court of Maryland to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and expertise to install level III bullet resistant glass with back glazing within the existing window frames and install ballistic clad over the existing window frames. The Purchase Order term will be from the date of Purchase Order issuance until project completion, or 12/31/2024, whichever is sooner. Bids submitted in response to this Small Procurement shall be valid and irrevocable for 90 days following the closing date for this Small Procurement The AOC reserves the right to cancel this Small Procurement; accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this Small Procurement; or, waive or permit cure of minor irregularities. Bidders, whose bids are not accepted, will be notified in writing.
