Oakland Transmission Line Steel Structures A respondent may withdraw its response at any time prior to the closing date and time for the solicitation. The respondent's request to withdraw its response must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any questions pertaining to this request must be submitted through online no later than April 29, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The City is not obligated to and may at its own discretion choose not to accept or answer questions received after that date. The City has established the award basis for this solicitation as the vendor providing the lowest responsible bid for consideration. Lowest responsible bidder can be defined as the bidder who fully complied with all of the bid requirements and whose past performance, reputation, and financial capability is deemed acceptable, and who has offered the most advantageous pricing or cost benefit, based on the criteria stipulated in the bid documents.
