The Department of Veterans Affairs will be soliciting for vendors who can provide Maintenance services to Automatic Stanley/Allegion Doors at the Central VA Veteran s Health Care System, in Richmond, VA. Vendor shall supply all parts, materials, labor, certifications, and personnel to perform these services. Services must also include a warranty for Stanley/Allegion doors. This will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. A Request for Quote will be issued on 30 April 2024. The Period of Performance is for One Base Year with Four Option Years, beginning on, or around, 13 MAY 2024 with an ultimate end date of 12 MAY 2029. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310: Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the Size Standard is $12.5 Million, and the Product Service (PSC) Code is J035: Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Service and Trade Equipment.
