Parking Lot Repair - Sherando Park. SCOPE OF WORK The following specifications are applicable to this project's Scope of Work: Sherando Park Pool lot - Sweeping and installation of 2" of SM-9.5 AL bituminous concrete over 39,500 S.F. of the tar and chip pool lot. Sherando Park Ballfield # 1 lot - Installation of 2" of SM-9.5 AL bituminous concrete over 32,700 S.F of the compacted gravel lot, and installation of 3" base BM-25.0 AL bituminous concrete over 9,600 S.F with a 1.5" cap SM-9.5 AL bituminous concrete to accommodate a 400' long X 24' wide thru lane to the maintenance shop.
