Reference Number 0000269386 Question Acceptance Deadline 17-May-2024 01:30:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 24-May-2024 12:00:00 PM EDT The construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2024-4016. o The primary purpose of this project is to improve surface riding quality, improve overall safety, reduce highway maintenance, extend the service life of the culverts and Improve drainage. o The scope consists of resurfacing Highway 60 from the Town of Wilno to the Nipissing boundary (mill 60 pave 60) and treatment for 6 poor performing asphalt areas. Removal of existing 3 Cable Guide Rail and installation of new SBGR. Replacement/rehabilitation of twenty-three (23) non-structural culverts which consist of 3 open cut replacements, 14 trenchless rehabilitations, 3 culvert repairs and 3 culvert cleanouts. o The service provider will provide an administration office and a full compliment of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services. The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS). o The assignment is planned over 2 years, starting in June 2024 and will extend until September 2025. Anticipated due date for all the Services and Deliverables: Monday, September 15, 2025.
