Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stratford, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.
The Town of Stratford seeks pricing from qualified contractors for the paving of approximately 140 meters of gravel Trans Canada Trail connector path located off the Stratford Road in the Towns' Waterfront Park; the construction and paving of an additional path approximately 55 meters in length at the same location and the paving of the gravel parking area approximately 25 meters x 35 meters located at Fullerton's Conservation Park on MacIntosh Drive. The tender will be priced as three separate work areas with locations indicated on the attached mapping. The Town reserves the right to complete some or all the work as budget and tender prices permit.
