Box Description: Walk-in to be constructed of foamed in place urethane insulation and shall have a minimum R-value of 32 with a stucco galvalume exterior and white stucco interior finish. Floors to be constructed of .080 aluminum diamond tread over 1/2 " plywood and include interior ramp. Door to be 34" x 72" flush mount and self-closing. Door to include: 3 hinges, 36" high diamond tread kick plate on interior and exterior, thermometer, LED light, deadbolt handle, and .080 threshold. Accessories include vertical closure panels to match walk-in finish, (1) condensing unit stand, and (3) 48" LED lights. Refrigeration Description: - Condensers: 1ea - 5hp condensing units, scroll compressors, with R448 refrigerant to be mounted outside and rated for 110-degree ambient temperatures to maintain -10-degree temperatures inside the walk-in. Weather provisions included. - Evaporators: 1ea - Low profile Triple fan systems with electric defrost. Warranty: 15 Year Panel Warranty, 1 Year Parts and Labor, 4 Year Extended Compressor Warranty INSTALLATION: Installation to be included with bid. Installation to be performed by certified refrigeration specialist and to include the following: Tear out, removal and disposal of existing box. Receive, unload and stage new box.
