Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, this work involves the following: - Removal of existing boiler, related exhaust (venting and combustion air) ducting, and affected water piping. - Supply and install three (3) new gas boilers. - Install additional roof penetrations to accommodate exhausting of additional boilers. - Ensure disturbances are to a minimum and have no effect on day-to-day operations.
