Renovation of a transportation facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The scope includes the replacement of 65 HVAC units (roof top, Fan Coil Units, and AC units), which are the critical unit. The Work includes electrical, control, gas piping and possible small architectural work. Construction - July 11, 2024 - March 20, 2025 Total Performance - April 15, 2025 - April 15, 2025 GTAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all of the Proposals (in whole or part), including the Proposal with the highest scored rank or lowest cost.
