Reference Number 0000269631 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/28 03:00:00 PM EDT The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is a non share capital corporation without share capital. Among its responsibilities are the management, operation and maintenance of Toronto Pearson International Airport. The Services covered by the specifications outlined in this document measures the degree to which the Contractor is to ensure, on an ongoing basis, efficient operation and maintenance of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) mechanical systems and all related equipment. This includes but not limited to, the completion of all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, supervision, administration, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and emergency repair of all installed HVAC equipment. The intent of this Contract is to select a qualified Contractor to provide HVAC Services and Maintenance at Toronto Pearson for a term of five (5) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year option years. GTAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all of the Proposals (in whole or part), including the Proposal with the highest scored rank or lowest cost.
