Renovation of a civil project in Hill City, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Construction of a new 200 gpm water treatment plant with gravity filtration and automatic backwash capability. 2. 75,000 gallon clearwell and 21,000 gallon backwash waste tank. 3. Chemical feed systems. 4. Associated electrical and SCADA upgrades, generator, and mechanical systems. 5. Well pump replacements, side grading, and site utility improvements. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, and Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy America Build America, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certificate Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
