Add new Level II chargers in the Judicial Building garage as an add alternate. New and modified electrical distribution will be provided to connect to these chargers. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form, which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the Online. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since May 1, 2019, for construction for General Contracting that involved similar Project Scope.
