Renovation of a municipal facility in Brookings, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for BATA Brookings Renovation Bids will be presented to the DOT. All bids shall be in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders, and in accordance with forms and specifications attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents. All bids and contracts shall be made in accordance with Federal Clauses including the Davis Bacon wages. Federal Certifications must be signed and returned with the bid. Bidders to provide references. SDDOT must approve all pay apps, at least every 30 days, and will approve all change orders. SDDOT will partake in all meetings.
