o By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to materials and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. o The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids which it deems to be in the best interest of the county. o The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with Brookings County for furnishing and installing, in Brookings County owned vehicles, equipment, or buildings, approximately fifty-one (51) dash mount P-25 Phase 1 Trunking radios. Each unit shall be programmed to work on the State of South Dakota's Communications System. The successful bidder shall also furnish to Brookings County five (5) hand-held P-25 Phase 1 Trunking radios; each unit shall be programmed to work on the State of South Dakota's Communications System.
