Site work and paving for a civil project in Brookings, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
**As of August 22, 2024, project was awarded to Timmons Constructions, awarded amount is $628,889.79.** The Project includes the following Work: Remove in-place 55.5 foot long two-span steel I-beam with a steel deck structure, install new 4- 13'x8' cast-in-place concrete box culvert structure. Work includes earthwork, roadway grading, and installation of cast-in-place concrete box culvert. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project The Work will be substantially complete on or before June 12, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before July 17, 2026. B. The roadway/structure may not be closed for construction until January 6, 2025. The Work will be substantially complete within 75 Working Days of roadway closure Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
