The Rolling Meadows Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Community Center Park Improve-ments. Work will include asphalt and concrete paving, challenge course installation, 40 Yard dash instal-lation, shelter installation, bag toss game installation, mini golf course installation, pickleball court instal-lation, artificial turf surfacing, shuffleboard installation, gates, fencing, drinking fountain, and site furni-ture installation and sub-drainage. Begin Construction: June 17, 2024 Substantial Completion Deadline: October 16, 2024 Final Completion Deadline: November 1, 2024 All bid-ders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond per the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Rolling Meadows Park District. The Rolling Meadows Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Roll-ing Meadows Park District. The Rolling Meadows Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
