Work Consists of the Following: Furnishing and Installing Approximately 2,125 Linear Feet of 10-inch Pvc Water Main and 365 Linear Feet of 8-inch Pvc Water Main Including Gate Valves, Fire Hydrants and Wet Tap, 4,144 Linear Feet of 10-inch Pvc Gravity Sewer Main, Including Thirteen (13) Sewer Manholes, Manhole Frame and Covers, Sewer Laterals, 1,790 Lineal Feet of Hdpe Storm Drain, 368 Lineal Feet of Rcp Storm Drain Including Catch Basins, Manholes, and Frames and Covers, One (1) Storm water Pond Including Swales, 5,463 Sy of Pavement System Including Curb and Gutter, 1,074 Square Feet of Shared Use Path Including Ada Ramps, Signage, And Striping, and Site Restoration and Appurtenances. Add Alternate Schedule 1 is as Follows: Add Furnishing And Installing Approximately 2012 Square Yards of Bituminous Pavement System, Including Curb and Gutter. Contract Duration: 365 Calendar Days Add Alternate Schedule 1: Add 20 Days to Duration The Right is Reserved, as the Interest of the City of Seaford May Appear, to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in Bids Received, and to Accept or Reject Any Items of Any Bid. Contractors Who Submit a Bid on This Project Shall Be Qualified and Experienced in Projects of Similar Size, Type And Complexity. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Contractor Qualification Statement, Which Shall Present Evidence of Successfully Completing Three (3) or More Similar Construction Projects Within the Last Five (5) Years.
