Saving Project...

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.

The work includes abatement of previously identified hazardous building materials, demolishing of on-property structures, removing and disposing of (or recycling) concrete slabs underlying the on-property structures, and stabilization of the site to facilitate further environmental site assessment and remediation. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the Bid, payable to the Owner (Morgantown Utility Board) as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement, Insurance Certificate, and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen days after the Notice of Award. The Morgantown Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality and/or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for opening Bids. Questions must be submitted by 5/15/2024 at 5:00 PM.
