Site work for a water / sewer project in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of June 5, 2024, project is awarded to Wondra Construction Inc. in the amount of $718,105.41. The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 2,280 linear feet (LF) of water main and water service laterals and 750 LF of sanitary sewer. 5% Bidders Maximum Bid Price. Non Mandatory No pre-bid meeting is required for this project. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
