Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of approximately 5,907 linear feet of 8 inch diameter sewer main lines; installation of one-piece main and lateral cured-in-place liner meeting ASTM F2561 on seventy (70) 6-inch sewer laterals, extending three (3) feet up the lateral without the use of a cleanout; rehabilitation of 27 manholes; contingent rehabilitation of 320 linear feet of 4-inch and 240 linear feet of 6-inch lateral sewer linings and eight (8) each cleanout installation and wye open cut replacement (may not be included in work) all necessary traffic control; and restoration when construction is completed. This project is located in King County and is part of the Lakehaven Water and Sewer District (OWNER). The work includes the sewer system generally south of South 291st Street, west of 39th Avenue South, north of 36th Place South, and east of 34th Avenue South. 1.02 WORK OF THIS CONTRACT A. The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: 1. Cleaning and Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of approximately 5,907 linear feet of 8-inch diameter mainline pipe. 2. Installation of one-piece main and lateral cured-in-place liner meeting ASTM F2561 on 70 6-inch sewer laterals, extending three (3) feet up the lateral without the use of a cleanout. 3. Rehabilitate 27 manholes. 4. Restoration of property when construction is completed. 5. Traffic control in the project area. 6. Contingent lining of up to eight (8) side sewers, complete from immediately adjacent to the house to the connection with the main, including cleanout installation, 4-inch upper side sewer, replacement of existing concrete wyes with PVC fittings, and 6-inch lower side sewer.
