Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The major items of work include replacing the existing pressure reducing valve (PRV) station with a new PRV station, installing vault and pressure relief drains for the new PRV station, connecting the vault and pressure relief drains to a new catch basin, connecting the new catch basin to the existing catch basin to the South, patching the trench and overlaying asphalt at the areas where pavement is disturbed as part of the work. The proposed bid range for the project is from $280,000 to $320,000. The entire project, *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 30 working days. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier s check or proposal bond, (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the City of Auburn.
