Vendor to provide cleaning, maintenance and repair services including labor and all chemicals required to maintain the three commercial (3) swimming pools and appurtenant equipment, (pumps, filters, etc.) in accordance with the specifications stated in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Services will also include unlimited call back service at a frequency designated in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. The three commercial (3) swimming pools are located within the Porterville Developmental Center (PDC). The terms of this Agreement will be July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. Maintenance cleaning and services should be performed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at a frequency of one time per week, separated by at least 6 days between visits. Proposed Award Date Friday May 24, 2024 The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement.
