Renovation of a fire / police facility in Porterville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to build and convert a Container Express (Conex) into a kitchen unit for Tulare Unit (TUU) Porterville Fire Center. Delivery, set up, installations, disassembling, and disposal is included. Payment Bond (STD 807) Requirement: If the successful bidder's bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. The Payment Bond is due prior to the start date of work. No work may commence without receipt of a valid Payment Bond. The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a three percent (3%) goal is required for this IFB. The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
