Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, including travel and per diem, and every other item of expense necessary to perform quarterly inspection, testing, and maintenance services of the fire sprinkler system and the fire alarm panels throughout Porterville Developmental Center. The Contractor shall also perform inspections and maintenance of fire dampers, smoke dampers and roll doors in accordance with the NFPA 2010 Edition. Inspections shall be completed on a quarterly basis. Each quarterly inspection shall include a minimum of 25%, roughly 15 buildings. Also included in inspections will be semi-annual inspection of W-1 area. First quarter is July, August, & September. Second quarter is October, November, & December. Third quarter is January, February, & March. Fourth quarter is April, May, & June.
