proposals for the provision of removal, transport, stabilization, delivery, and/or disposal services for sewage sludge, solids, biosolids, and/or water treatment residuals (collectively, ''Sludge''). The Services provided by Contractor shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, services, equipment, appliances, and other related items required for the proper use, removal, transportation, stabilization, delivery, and/or disposal of Sludge, as applicable. Contractor shall possess all governmental permits and registrations, and/or shall have provided all notifications, required to remove, use, transport, stabilize, deliver, and/or dispose of CCMA’s Sludge, as applicable, at the time of submitting its proposal, and shall maintain any such requisite authorizations throughout the duration of its contract with CCMA. The selected Contractor must be capable of transporting at least 500 loads of Sludge per year, each with a capacity of up to 24 tons. The term of the agreement with the selected Contractor will be for one (1) year, automatically renewing for additional one (1) year terms, unless either CCMA or Contractor provides written notice to the other party to not extend the contract for another one (1) year term, at least ninety (90) days before the end of the then-current term.
