Description

Renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project includes Refurbishment of Air Handler Unit No. 8 at Texas Diabetes Institute located at 701 N. Zarzamora, San Antonio, Texas 78242. This project is to be be completed in Phases and will be completed on weekends and/or after hours when the clinic is unoccupied. The contractor shall ONLY remove what can be re-installed within the same day and/or weekend. Contractor shall ensure clinic is back in operation at the end of their shift. At NO point in time will the clinic remain inoperable. The area to be renovated shall include, but not limited to: Refurbishment of the existing Air Handling Unit No. 8. This project shall be completed in Phases, and will be completed on weekends and/or after hours when the clinic is unoccupied.
