No work in the public right-ofway will be permitted to occur during the Republican National Convention (RNC) from July 14, 2024 through July 20, 2024. All excavations must be temporarily restored or covered with a steel plate to allow through traffic or ADA compliant pedestrian access (Permits could be denied based on coordination with the Secret Service prior to July 14, 2024). Liquidated Damages, per diem: $1000.00/Day The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness.
