All bids shall be held open for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids and no bid may be withdrawn without the written consent of the Commissioner. As part of the bid, each bidder shall submit a full and complete list of all the proposed subcontractors and the class of work to be performed by each, which list shall not be altered without the written consent of the Commissioner. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any time, if it is in the best interests of the City, and to waive any informalities in bidding. This bid notice is for an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funded project and subject to Federal Uniform Guidance.
