Amendment added to update Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 1. API inspection is not required as long as the AWWA and NFPA inspections provides all repairs needed. Questions and answer posted as Attachment 5 This requirement is for the inspection of a 250,000 gallon above ground water storage tank located at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The vendor shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform an Interior and Exterior Inspection of the the water tank. The inspection is to include the entire interior and exterior inclusive of but not limited to the Cathodic protection system, floor, roof, welds, seams, foundation, anchors, safety systems, hatches, shell, manway, ladders, roof manway with vent, telemetry nozzle, level indicator system, center column, overflow pipe & flap valve, roof railing, conduit, etc. The vendor is to perform work in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) and adhere to and meet all federal, state, and local codes and standards. Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Friday , 17 May 2024. Answers will be posted no later than 4:00 PM CST on Tuesday, 21 May 2024.
