Clean and fill cracks with approximately 50,000 pounds of hot applied aggregate filled mastic material (Mastic). Preliminary list of streets, subject to change, includes: Park Road Oronoke Road Bucks Hill Road Scope of Work Summary. The scope of work for this Project includes the furnishing and installing of approximately 50,000 pounds of hot applied aggregate filled mastic material (Mastic), cleaning cracks as required, maintenance and protection of traffic, mobilization and demobilization and incidental related work as required. All questions, requests for clarification and communications about this RFP and submission requirements must be submitted through the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website and must be received by 2:00 PM on June 20, 2024. Prospective Proposers must limit their contact regarding this RFP to the Purchasing Director or such other person otherwise designated by the Purchasing Director. Any Proposal with a Total Price Proposal of over Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security (a Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Proposer's Tota' Price Proposal. The Proposer to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond each with a surety company acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City
