REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR A FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Mount Morris Fire Protection District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural Services for design and construction documents that will be used in the construction of a new fire station facility in Mount Morris. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting an SOQ for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. This project will be funded in part by USDA Community Facilities funding, and this project will be subject to all applicable rules and regulations of this funding. The Mount Morris Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informality and irregularity in the qualifications/proposals and to select the firm(s) that are in the best interest of the Mount Morris Fire Protection District and in compliance with the terms set herein.
