Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Morris, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of roadway and utility reconstruction work along Sunset Lane from North Mulberry Avenue to North Fletcher Avenue and includes removal of existing pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveways; full-depth roadway reconstruction with subbase, 12-inch aggregate base, geotextile, prime and tack coats, and new hot-mix asphalt binder and surface courses; replacement of segments of PCC sidewalk and PCC driveway pavement; new B6.18 combination curb and gutter; water main improvements consisting of approximately 550 feet of 10-inch PVC (C909 DR18) with valves, hydrants, connections to existing mains, 1-inch water services, and casing pipe; storm sewer improvements including 12-inch RCP, precast structures, and inlets; site restoration, erosion and sediment control, traffic control & protection, and all related appurtenances shown in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bank check, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid.
