2024 Curb Ramp Improvements. The City of Sioux Falls Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive Technicalities, and Make Award(S) as Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of Sioux Falls, Sd. The Bidder will commence work under this contract and shall fully complete all work on this project by November 15, 2024. Additionally, Bidder shall fully complete all work on the Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 2:00 PM CT intersections of 18 th and Prairie, 18 th and Summit, 18 th and Norton, 22 nd and Lake, and 22 nd and Covell by August 15, 2024. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the amount specified in the City of Sioux Falls current edition of the General Conditions for Public Improvements, Section 8.10, for each working day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted
