The State of Wyoming Motor Pool wishes to bid the as-needed fuel.to The State of Wyoming Motor Pool, 723 West 19t'h Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002. Estimated volume: Quantity is estimated annual quantity only, and not a guarantee that it will be required or purchased. Although award may be made for deliveries under the item the Agency will not be obligated to make any purchase there under, if delivery is not required. Delivery will be on an as needed basis and could be approximately 100,000 - 110,000 gallons of unleaded annually. Question Deadline: 05/09/2024 at 2:00 PM MT , Questions shall be submitted individually through online. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through online. The Bid will be for a one-year period through June 30, 2025. The bidder and the Department covenant and agree that this bid may, with the approval of the supplier and the Department, be extended under the same terms and conditions of the bid for a period of two (2) additional years, up to June 30, 2027. The Department shall notify the bidder of its intent to exercise the aforementioned option in writing. The price per gallon shall be figured as shown on the bid. Both the bidder's cost and mark-up must be shown. The bidder's cost will be adjusted as allowed in paragraph B. The bidder's mark-up is not adjustable and will be firm for the duration of the Bid Term. Bidder's mark-up shall include overhead and profit The bidder's cost per gallon (rack or terminal price) quoted on the bid is subject to changes in tank wagon prices and will be increased or decreased in an amount equal to the amount of such changes. Provided, however, that it is required of the successful l bidder that the supplier furnish to the State of Wyoming Motor Pool, at the time of delivery, written notice of the date of change, and amount of such change, old price and new price.
