Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
In order to participate you must submit your Statement of Qualifications electronically through this system. No paper submissions will be accepted. The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC or University or University of Nebraska) intends to procure a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction services and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the UNMC Residence Hall project. The estimated construction cost for the CMR Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is $52,704,000.00. The project is approximately 200,000 sf, six levels (two levels of Type 1 construction and four levels of Type 5A construction) housing project consisting of 232 units providing 300 beds. Please reference the RFQ documents for additional information. Questions and inquiries should be submitted through eBid at https://unlebid.ionwave.net by the date indicated in Section 5. Deadline for inquiries: Monday, May 13, 2024 @ 12pm CST Submit inquiries through eBid: https://unlebid.ionwave.net questions they have about the bid to the attention of the Procurement Contact, such questions are to be in writing and be delivered via email (ebid@nebraska.edu), no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the pre-bid conference, unless otherwise stated
