The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Projects Operations Center (SPOC), Northwest Branch is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA's policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3--SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). There is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under RFQ Number:1240BK24F0036 Project Title: BPA Call Road Maintenance CCRD24-2 Project Description: BPA Call Road Maintenance Project Location: Siuslaw National Forest PSC: The primary produce service code is R499 NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
