Questions Deadline: 5/17/2024 02:00 PM (CT) Olmsted County (hereby referred to as "the County") is seeking proposals from qualified person(s) ("Respondents") to design, engineer, build, maintain, and decommission a turn-key installation of up to 39 kW AC rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at the Olmsted County Government Center and Eyota Public Works Highway Shop (site addresses below). The successful Respondent will have demonstrated experience with designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, constructing, interconnecting, maintaining, and decommissioning a solar PV system. Responsible Contractor Act Verification The owner/officer of the company submitting this bid hereby certifies that it complies with each of the minimum criteria in Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3, as of the time of the submission of it bid for this project. The first-tier subcontractors we intend to retain for the work on the Project are listed in the Subcontractor attribute. The first tier Subcontractors listed have provided verification required by Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3 (7). The remaining firsttier subcontractors that our company intends to retain for work on the Project have not yet been determined. We will obtain and submit signed verifications from each of its subsequently retained subcontractors, confirming compliance with Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3, within 14 days of retaining the subcontractors.
