The City is seeking an established contractor to provide pool management services to manage all aspects of seasonal pool management services including recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, training, and supervising, certified lifeguards for City pools. Lifeguard services shall begin no later than June 15, 2024, and shall end no sooner than August 17, 2024. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted through the Questions and Answers tab in the electronic solicitation posting at electronically. The City reserves the right to waive minor defects or variations from the exact requirements of the solicitation in a quote insofar as those defects or variations do not affect the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule of the services being procured. If insufficient information is submitted for the City to properly evaluate the quote by a bidder; the City reserves the right to require such additional information as it may deem necessary after the quote opening time and date, provided that the information requested does not change the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule for the services being procured.
