Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
This project includes Stages 2 and 3 of improvements at Kodiak Airport. Stage 2 will rehabilitate Taxiways C, and D, extend Taxiway D and install lighting, and improve airport drainage. Stage 3 will rehabilitate Runway 11/29 and Taxiway E, reconstruc 11/29 and Taxiway E lighting, and improve airport drainage. The Engineers Estimate is between $60,000,000 and $70,000,000 All work shall be completed in N/A Calendar Days, or by September 30, 2028. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
