The project includes a complete replacement of the sewage system, installation of new heating and cooling systems, electrical upgrades, asbestos removal, renovation of the auditorium, and window replacements. As of August 14, 2025, this project was approved in June 2025 and is early on in the process. The owner recently approved the architect to move forward with the design stage. Advertisement for bidding is anticipated to occur in August 2026. Construction is expected to start November 11, 2026, with completion by January 9, 2029.
