The Phil Swafford Building Conference Room, 375 Church St., Dayton, TN for the Following: Replacement of Roof Scope Tear off existing shingle roofsystem including mansard at office and dispose ofoff-site. Inspect existing plywood decking and replace damaged as needed at a cost per square foot. Install synethic underlayment over wood decking as specified. Install ice and water shield underlayment at all roofvalleys as specified. Install proper counter flashings, step flashing, pipe boots and edge metal as specified Install new limited lifetime architectural shingle roofsystem as specified 7. Remove all work-generated debris from premises. 8. Provide Limited Lifetime RoofWarranty Single Ply Roof Systems:Tear off existing EPDM and TPO roofsystems and dispose of off-site. 2. Install 1" Isocyanurate insulation board as specified by mechanical attachment. 3. Install .060 Elevate TPO roofsystem over insulation board by mechanical attachment. 4. Install proper TPO flashings, counter flashings and terminations as specified. 5. Install new 24ga copings and edge metals and terminate as specified. 6. Remove all work-generated debris from premises. 7. Provide 20 Year Roof System Warranty
