*As of November 6, 2025, this project is completed.* Remodeling an 11ft 6in X 7ft 6in Bathroom for Ada Accessibility at the Rhea County Courthouse 1475 Market Street Dayton, Tn 37321 Replace all fixtures with Kohler or equivalent quality with at least 1 ADA compliant/handicap toilet, 1 regular toilet, and 1 ADA compliant wall hung sink. o Replace both stall partitions to allow for wheelchair accessibility in one stall. o Install ADA compliant grab bars. o Any necessary plumbing. Including plumbing of 2 toilets and 1 wall hung sinks. o Replace current linoleum with black and white, grade 1, first-quality 1 inch porcelain penny tile over quarter inch hardy board. o Install white, grade 1, first quality 3x6 inch subway tile on walls over quarter inch hardy board with equivalent quality base and bull nose cap mold 52 inches from floor. o Repair any damaged plaster. o Paint o Install LED lighting/heat/exhaust fixture o Replace mirror. o Install vanity light over mirror. o Replace ceiling tile with a high-quality version. Material to be determined and open for suggestions. o Replace electrical outlets, light switches, and covers. o Replace tissue holders, paper towel dispensers, and hand soap dispensers.
