A proposal to provide professional engineering services in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. The County's DPU provides water, wastewater systems, and solid waste services to over 90,000 customers. In an effort to provide solid waste facilities, DPU operates the Springfield Road Transfer Station, Springfield Road Public Use Area, Charles City Road Public Use Area, and other miscellaneous recycle centers and manages the Woodman Road Refuse Collection yard and the closed Springfield Road, Nine Mile Road and Glen Allen Softball Complex landfills Should you have any questions concerning this RFP, please contact Beverly Mitchell at mit098@henrico.us by no later than May 13, 2024. The contract period shall be August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. Contract prices shall remain firm for the contract period The resultant annual professional engineering service contract shall be limited to a one (1) year term, or when the cumulative total project fees reach the maximum amounts described below, whichever occurs first. Award Contract July, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The County of Henrico reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted.
