Site work for a water / sewer project in Henrico, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer main, including twelve (12) manholes, nineteen (19) new site inspection ports (SIPs) and new service lateral installations, connection to two (2) existing manholes, installation of approximately 1,025 linear feet of 8-inch water main, including associated interconnections, two (2) new hydrants, ten (10) new meter assemblies and new service line installations, associated appurtenances, and all associated clearing and grubbing, erosion control and surface restoration. The project is located in the Pembrooke Subdivision in Henrico County. This project is federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act Fund (ARPA Fund). Successful bidder shall provide necessary information to Henrico County for all federal reporting requirements.
