The City of Shoreline seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the City for the category of work referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to sewer pipeline replacement via open cut methods, appurtenance replacement and installation, and restoration work. The initial term of this Contract shall be three (3) years with the City having the option to renew for one additional year and shall not exceed $900,000 including Washington State sales tax, whichever occurs first Each bid shall be accompanied with a certified check, cashier's check, or surety company bid bond, on a form acceptable to the City, from State-licensed Surety Company as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of bid amount, payable to City of Shoreline.
