Renovation of a municipal facility in Shoreline, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of January 04, 2021, all bids were rejected. Project to be rebid.** The Westminster Manor Fire Sprinkler - Interior project is comprised of (but is not limited to) installation of a new wet and dry fire suppression system throughout the building. System will include all work to bring a dedicated water line from the city water source in the street to an exclusively metered fire sprinkler system into the building. This project is design-build in nature and shall be all inclusive for a complete turnkey system that meets all standards, applicable codes and permit requirements. Davis-Bacon residential wage rates apply to this project. All WSDOT and City of Jurisdiction specifications will apply to all work of this project. All new sprinkler pipe to be concealed in ceiling or in specified line covers. The duration of this project is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The statement shall be made on the official letterhead of the bonding company and signed by an authorized agent of the bonding company. Bidders should note that the current prevailing Davis-Bacon labor rates and weekly payroll reporting requirements apply to this project. The King County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA. The King County Housing Authority also reserves the right to reject all bids, for any reason, prior to Contract Execution.
