Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The purpose of the proposed project is for SSAT to demolish an existing processing gate and install the necessary infrastructure for a new processing gate complex and trouble parking restroom and kiosk. To ensure completion of this project on schedule, it is the intent of SSAT to procure the trouble parking pre-engineered restroom and kiosk (Restroom) so it can be permitted through City of Seattle and installed within the estimated construction timeline. This package includes one pre-engineered restroom and two (2) attached phone kiosk booths. The Restroom will have one (1) mechanical room, two (2) restrooms, and one (1) mother's room. Attached to the building will be two (2) trouble phone kiosk booths (covered) with space to install owner furnished equipment (by others). The selected vendor will be required to furnish, deliver, and install the pre-engineered restroom as indicated in the drawings and technical specifications included in this solicitation. The selected vendor will also be required to provide permit level documents (signed and stamped drawing and calculations) for the restroom and proposed foundation, including utility penetrations through the foundation to support permit submission with City of Seattle and foundation construction (by others). The Vendor shall note Buy American requirements based on the work being partially funded by a USDOT Maritime Administration (MARAD) Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) Grand and will be subject to Buy America requirements. Estimated Contract Price: approximately $200,000 to $350,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
